For a great start to your day, have a go at these simple, quick , energy boosting smoothies ranging from Strawberry delight, Mango joy, Berry infusion to Green serene; all ready under 10 minutes!
Strawberry delight
200g ripe strawberries
1 ripe banana
200 ml milk
1 tbsp clear honey (optional)
100 ml natural yoghurt
Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth. For an icy cold smoothie, add a handful of ice or use frozen fruit!
Mango joy
1 banana
4 tbsp mango chunks
300 ml orange juice
2 tbsp pineapple chunks (optional)
Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth!
Berry infusion
1 banana
6 tbsp mixed summer berries
300 ml orange juice
Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth!
Green serene
450 g spinach
1 medium banana
200 g mixed fruit
400 ml almond milk
Blend everything in the blender until mixture is smooth!
