To appreciate and live in the present moment, you must stop trying to change the past or the future. Instead, focus on the joys and challenges of the day. It’s also important to be grateful for the opportunities that come your way. A person should be able to see the good in everything and feel good about it. Having a positive attitude will make it easier to appreciate and enjoy the present.

You can practice this by making a gratitude list. Write three things you’re grateful for every day. This practice will make you feel more grateful for everything you’ve got. Once you’ve made a list, you can go on a gratitude rampage.
